Role of Secretome in Age-related Changes in the Male Reproductive System: An Add-on Review on the Gut-Brain Axis

Manusia tidak mampu mencegah proses penuaan. Sekretom sebelumnya adalah sekelompok bahan kimia bioaktif yang dilepaskan oleh sel yang mungkin memiliki dampak parakrin pada sel di sekitarnya. Penelitian terbaru menunjukkan sekretom seluler sel induk mesenkim (MSC) mungkin berguna dalam pengelolaan infertilitas pria idiopatik. Ulasan ini merupakan ulasan naratif. Artikel jurnal dari berbagai mesin pencari seperti PubMed, Google Scholar, dan EBSCO digunakan untuk menyusun daftar referensi yang akan digunakan. Setelah itu, informasi dan jurnal terkait dikumpulkan dan direview kembali oleh penulis. Rahasianya terlihat dari berbagai sudut pandang. Hal ini mungkin terkait dengan perubahan morfologi, histologis, dan fisiologis sistem reproduksi pria yang terkait dengan penuaan. Prosedur tersebut dapat diperbaiki dengan memasukkan secretome sebagai antiinflamasi, antiapoptosis, dan anti penuaan. Kerjasama bakteri usus-testis yang normal bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Makanan atau penyakit mengganggu mikrobiota usus, menyebabkan reaksi berantai kesuburan. Kondisi disbiotik meningkatkan penanda inflamasi dan merusak epitel usus, sehingga memungkinkan bakteri dan sitokin inflamasi memasuki sirkulasi. Peran sekretom juga terkait dengan menyeimbangkan keberadaan mikrobioma di poros otak usus, sehingga selanjutnya mencegah kesuburan. Keberadaan sekretom dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan perubahan penuaan pada reproduksi pria, khususnya komponen kesuburan. Informasi ini tentunya harus diselidiki lebih lanjut dengan berbagai penelitian terkait dan tinjauan sistematis dengan harapan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut.
