Pengaturan Hak Asasi Manusia di Indonesia

Abstract

Human rights are the rights that man has acquired and brought with him in his birth or presence in the life of society. Human rights possessed by human beings without distinction on the basis of nation, race, religion or sex, and are therefore universal and universal. The basis of human rights is that man must have the opportunity to develop in accordance with his talents and ideals. The history of the Indonesian constitution requires that human rights be contained in the 1945 Constitution. The arrangement of human rights under the 1945 Constitution can be seen from the provisions in the Preamble and the Articles of the Body after amendment. The amendment result of the 1945 Constitution provides a bright spot that Indonesia is increasingly concerned about and uphold the values of Human Rights which have been under-paid by the Government. The second amendment of the 1945 Constitution has brought up a special chapter on Human Rights, namely Chapter XA. In the 1945 Constitution after amendment, it also appears to have not included other human rights, including freedom of the press, women's rights, and workers' rights.
